and i came across ones that i took early last year.
im so glad that i took so many pictures, beause each one holds an important or special memory. and they all at least bring a smile to my face.
i just posted a bunch of the pictures that i was looking at. even though most were taken with my old camera, so when you zoom, the picture gets blurry and has absolutely no sharpness to it whatsoever, i still felt like posting them anyways because i love them and they remind me of what i miss.
I recently just posted a few from bradly park.
i remember that day vividly.
it was towards the end of janurary, 2006.
it was the first sunny, clear day after a long winter.
we all had school; keegan, patrick, tiffany, and I.
but we all wanted to go out and enjoy the weather. we were all so sick of the snow, the wind, the cold. so we ditched the second half of school and spontaneously drove to bradly park.
we ate subway before we began our mile journey around the pond. of course, we didn't take the trail, we ventured off and took the longer way through the woods. it was an obsticle course of large fallen branches that the heavy windstorms from earlier that year brought down from the tall, majestic trees.
keegan is a climber.
though we got lost a few times, we made it back to where we started.
it was beautiful there.
it was just one of those perfect days.
so innocent.
i also posted a few from our camping trips last summer. keegan and i went on a total of 4. we're becoming naturals at it
i miss last summer.
things were so simple then,
though im sure at the time i would have never thought that then.
but it really was.
nothing to hold us down,
we could do whatever we wanted,
whenever we wanted to do it.
i honestly miss it.
we would drive around aimlessly, asking each other "should i take a right turn? or a left?" and we would pick the road that looked the most exciting, the most unique. we would always end up in the middle of nowhere. but every middle of nowhere we came across was beautiful.
i remember when we found the most perfect fall road in bremerton. honstly, nothing can beat that road. we were both so in "awe" of it. it was perfect.
i miss our freedom we had.
im sure in a year or two,
i will look back on this time in my life,
and think the same thing:
life was so simple then.
so i suppose that i should be greatful
